Fashion Designer

Our client in the fashion and clothing industry is currently looking for a Fashion Designer to join their creative team. This role is ideal for a talented individual with a passion for style, innovation, and apparel design. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing seasonal collections, staying on top of fashion trends, and supporting end-to-end product development. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and incorporate emerging fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and styles into seasonal collections. Collaborate closely with the Creative Manager on concept development, fittings, and design approvals. Design original collections that reflect the brand’s identity and align with seasonal calendars. Lead the entire design process—from conceptualization to production-ready outputs. Create design boards, tech packs, and artwork required for sample production and internal approvals. Work with suppliers and production teams to ensure design integrity, quality standards, and on-time delivery. Participate in product reviews and contribute insights based on customer feedback and product performance. Assist the merchandising and marketing teams with visual presentations and design materials. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, or a related field. With relevant experience in fashion design, product development, or graphic design—preferably within the retail or manufacturing sectors. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, originality, and technical ability. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software. Excellent understanding of garment construction, textiles, and production processes. Strong time management, communication, and collaboration skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
