The Cross-dock Manager oversees the entire operation in a cross-dock facility. To ensure the efficient and timely movement of goods from inbound to outbound. Responsible for managing people, optimizing processes, safety, and good warehousing practices. Duties and Responsibilities Plans warehouse layout, product flow, and handling systems; recommends equipment and process improvements. Enhances cross-dock operations by analyzing workflows, manpower, space, and equipment needs; implements changes. Leads cost reduction initiatives across operational activities. Prepares and monitors annual budgets; analyzes variances and takes corrective action. Ensures accurate and timely customer billing; addresses revenue leakages. Reviews monthly P&L, analyzes results, prepares action plans, and reports to senior management. Oversees daily operations to ensure timely task execution and KPI achievement. Manages staffing, scheduling, and follow-up on performance. Ensures orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time. Maintains security and safety protocols across cross-dock operations. Oversees equipment maintenance and ensures safe, efficient tools for warehouse personnel. Implements Good Warehousing Practices (GWP) and promotes staff motivation and training. Enforces company policies, including work and safety standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree holder At least 3 or more years related experience Must have warehouse and transport management experience Must be willing to work in Elisco, Taguig City #J-18808-Ljbffr
