The Assistant Controller will be responsible for assisting the Controller in managing the financial operations of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports Manage the month-end close process Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities Analyze financial data and provide insights to management Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls Collaborate with other departments to support financial goals Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA certification 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance Strong knowledge of GAAP Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Who We Are UnifyCX is a transformative AI platform that empowers and enables teams to deliver efficient, exceptional customer experiences.
