Main Purpose of the Position

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to source and support technical talent in the Philippines. This role will contribute directly to OB Planning Analytics by building dashboards, generating reports, and conducting deep-dive analyses to drive business insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets independently and provide actionable recommendations

  • Build and maintain reporting and tracking dashboards using Tableau

  • Lead the development and distribution of recurring reports to internal teams

  • Create reporting templates using self-service tools to streamline analytics

  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to support evolving business needs

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field

  • 2–3+ years of experience in an analytically driven role (e.g., Corporate Finance, Consulting, Data Analysis)

  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL

  • Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in an analytically driven field

  • 2+ years of experience in Consumer Goods, Apparel, or Fashion industries

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel
