Call Center Agent — Multiple Accounts / Locations

Responsibilities
  • Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.

Qualifications
  • College Graduate with 7 months BPO Experience or College Undergraduate with at least 1 year BPO Experience (varies by posting).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Amenable to work onsite.
  • Education: Bachelor’s (preferred) or Senior High School (varies by posting).
  • Experience: 1 year in Customer Service Representative role (preferred).
  • Languages: English (preferred).
Salary

Php22,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month (typical range; postings show variations).

Education & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Senior High School or equivalent accepted per posting.
  • Experience: Call Center Representative: 1 year (preferred).
