Field Collections Supervisor — Skyro, Mandaluyong, National Capital Region, Philippines

Role Description

This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing field collections operations. Duties include developing and enforcing policies, monitoring performance metrics, providing coaching and training to field collectors, and implementing process improvements to achieve target recovery rates. This position also handles complaint resolution, staff recruitment, and team management.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain field collections policy and ensure it is regularly followed
  • Create, monitor and update field collections reports
  • Conduct field visits for evaluation and coaching
  • Work closely with field collectors to achieve the target recovery rate per month
  • Facilitate huddles, meetings and calibration
  • Facilitate or assist in training roll-out such as but not limited to new hires training and upskill training
  • Point person for complaint coordination and resolution for field
  • Assist in screening and hiring of field collectors
  • Propose improvements for field collections
Qualifications
  • People management in a Philippine collections environment for a minimum of 2 years. Field Collections experience is a plus but not required
  • Have a personal motorcycle and willingness to do field work
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Good grasp of Microsoft Excel, Word and other presentation apps
  • Good presentation and analytical skills
  • Preferably lives in North Metro Manila
