Job Description

• Record, review, and maintain financial transactions in accounting software. Ensure all accounting data is entered correctly.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances per books tallied with bank records.
• Assist in BIR related schedules needed for tax filing and payment.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes and activities.
• Support in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and statements.
• Help monitor and update fixed asset registers, lapsing schedule and other asset-related documentation.
• Help prepare account analysis and ensure schedules are reconciled in the general ledger.
