Your Role
As An QA Engineer, You Are Responsible For
  • Own end-to-end QA processes for web and mobile applications under ProviderChoice and FAM.
  • Collaborate closely with Sydney-based Product, Engineering, and Design teams to understand release scopes and timelines.
  • Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans for each release.
  • Conduct functional, regression, exploratory, smoke, and UI/UX testing.
  • Validate release candidates and approve production deployments.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using our internal tools.
  • Build automated test scripts where valuable, and maintain them as systems evolve.
  • Develop and manage testing environments and data.
  • Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
  • Be the final gatekeeper of quality before any code reaches our users.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manual and automated QA for web and/or mobile apps
  • Proven ownership of release testing cycles in high-frequency development environments.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, Playwright, BrowserStack, Postman, etc.
  • Comfortable working across time zones, with partial overlap with Sydney business hours.
  • Strong English communication (written and verbal) and proactive documentation habits.
  • Autonomous, self-directed, and rigorous — you will be our quality standard-bearer.
Nice to have
  • Experience with accessibility testing (WCAG).
  • Experience in the Australian tech/startup ecosystem or NDIS-related products.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
  • Prior work in remote cross-functional teams.
