Collaborate closely with Sydney-based Product, Engineering, and Design teams to understand release scopes and timelines. Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans for each release. Conduct functional, regression, exploratory, smoke, and UI/UX testing. Validate release candidates and approve production deployments. Identify, document, and track bugs using our internal tools. Build automated test scripts where valuable, and maintain them as systems evolve. Develop and manage testing environments and data. Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects. Be the final gatekeeper of quality before any code reaches our users. Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in manual and automated QA for web and/or mobile apps Proven ownership of release testing cycles in high-frequency development environments. Familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, Playwright, BrowserStack, Postman, etc. Comfortable working across time zones, with partial overlap with Sydney business hours. Strong English communication (written and verbal) and proactive documentation habits. Autonomous, self-directed, and rigorous — you will be our quality standard-bearer. Nice to haveExperience with accessibility testing (WCAG). Experience in the Australian tech/startup ecosystem or NDIS-related products. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows. Prior work in remote cross-functional teams.
