Business Development Manager – Makati

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building strong relationships, and increasing revenue. The role includes expanding the company's client base and market reach through:

Business Development Officer – Makati

Location : Makati, National Capital Region Eastwest Bank

Job Description : The Business Development Officer works with the department Head/Team Head in developing product plans and strategies to drive the profitability of Cash Management products and services to achieve overall objectives of the organization. He/She handles initiatives for assigned Cash Management product/s and service/s.

Basic qualifications : College Graduate; At least two (2) years’ experience in the areas of business development, product management, project management, preferably acquired in the banking industry.

What You will be doing :

• Manage information in CRM and cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers
• Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
• Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects
• Help the team meet its sales goal
• Prepares sales presentations by compiling data and developing presentation formats and materials
• Provide sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time

What You Must Possess :

• 2+ years' of sales or account management experience
• SaaS sales experience is preferred but not required
• Type A personality (high achiever, ambitious, strong-willed)
• Knowledge of Real Estate (good-to-have)
• Great negotiation and decision-making skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability

Job Summary :

• Performs all aspects of market analysis, promotion, sales and support of all Medtek product lines
• Prepares plans and ensures attainment of targets especially on new products and customers
• Creates product demand through promotional activities and new customers
• Prepares and submits comprehensive reports in the assigned territory
• Prepare and follow sales call plans; respect territorial configuration
• Assist in deliveries and ensure collection of sold products
• Establish customer relationships and provide professional customer service

Job Specifications :

• Education: Nursing, Medical Technology, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
• Experience: 1-2 years in Sales/Marketing; fresh graduates encouraged
• Skills: excellent communication; strong sales & marketing capabilities; driving ability
• Licensing: Nursing or Medical Technology board passer (preferred); valid driver’s license
• Other: willing to travel and be assigned in other areas
