Your role in a nutshell:

You'll be the storyteller behind Workbean's magic. You will be transforming insights, strategies, and fearless ideas into copy that inspires action, builds emotional connections, and makes employer brands unforgettable. Whether it's a brand manifesto, campaign line, or social caption, you'll whip up words that bring purpose to life.

Your typical day would look like this:

  • Partnering with our Creative Director and Designers to shape campaign concepts that move people
  • Translating research and strategy into copy that feels human, powerful, and on brand
  • Writing across platforms: social media, websites, key visuals, videos, campaigns, activations, and everything in between
  • Storyboarding and shaping campaign narratives alongside your art partner
  • Editing, polishing, and tightening language to ensure every word works hard
  • Presenting and defending your ideas internally and with clients, always with clarity and confidence
  • Keeping your finger on the pulse of culture, trends, and employer branding to push our work forward
  • Using AI to improve, not to replace your work

You'll be a great match if you have:

  • 3–4 years of professional copywriting experience in an agency or a creative team
  • A portfolio that shows versatility -- from short-form punchy lines to long-form storytelling
  • A strategic mind that understands how words shape perception and behavior
  • Excellent command of English (bonus if you can switch to Taglish with flair when needed)
  • Confidence in presenting ideas and giving/receiving feedback
