Job Title: Customer Service Representative – International Airline Account

Location: Makati City (onsite with potential hybrid setup)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team for an international airline account. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering top-notch service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and aim to build a career in aviation and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to international airline passengers via phone, chat, or email.
  • Assist with inquiries regarding flight bookings, itineraries, baggage policies, and general airline services.
  • Resolve issues with professionalism and empathy to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Accurately log customer interactions and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree graduates are welcome to apply — no BPO experience required; OR at least 2 years of college education with minimum 1 year of BPO experience; background in hotel, hospitality, or food & beverage industry is a plus but not required.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; excellent customer service orientation; ability to stay calm and professional under pressure; willingness to learn and adapt to airline policies and procedures.
  • Other Requirements: Willing to work in Makati City; amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays; open to a hybrid work setup, subject to performance and business needs.
