Currently, we are looking for SAP Support Senior Consultant - Logistics (SD) to join our team. Position: SAP Support Senior Consultant - Logistics (SD)Location: Manila, PhilippinesModule: Sales & Distribution Added Input: Candidates possessing expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution are encouraged to apply. Kindly ensure timely completion and response.Job responsibilities: Incident Resolution: Promptly address and resolve SAP module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Change Request Management: Provide advice and solutions to meet business change expectations and ensure timely delivery. Service Request Management: Efficiently handle service requests, providing timely solutions and support to end-users for SD processes. Configuration and Customization: Contribute to the configuration and customization of SD based on business requirements, collaborating with the development team. Meeting SLA: Work closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed up and addressed in a timely manner Qualifications and Skills: A degree in accounting, business, or any other related field. At least 7 years of professional experience in SAP SD with an understanding of integration topics with other modules. Hands-on project experience in S/4HANA is an advantage. Knowledge of programming languages such as ABAP is an advantage. Fluent in English (verbal and written).
