Company Nurse

Company Nurse role at Travel + Leisure Co. Responsibilities Provide first aid treatment, including assessment, wound dressing, and dispensing of medicine to ill employees. Perform diagnostic tests, analyze results, and administer treatment and medications. Report unsafe conditions and practices to supervisors and suggest corrective actions. Accompany employees to the nearest medical facility during emergencies. Maintain stock of medicines and other medical supplies. Coordinate with physicians, hospitals, and dentists for employee admissions or consultations. Record and maintain patients’ medical histories, symptoms, and vital statistics. Prepare monthly reports on clinic expenses and medicine/supply usage. Clean and sterilize instruments and equipment. Conduct home or hospital visits when required. Process medical benefits for employees. Report to DOLE annual accident reports and establishment records. Assist in other administrative functions as directed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Registered nurse with an updated PRC license. Certification in First Aid Training. Completed BOSH training (50 hours). Minimum 2 years’ experience in an industrial setting as a company nurse. Knowledge of HMO-related concerns preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
