Glimmer Tours is looking for a remote, full‑time Customer Support Specialist to join our team As a leading provider of Catholic pilgrimages, we’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who shares our passion for providing outstanding service and creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. If you’re looking for a dynamic, work‑from‑home opportunity with a supportive team and a mission‑driven company, we’d love to hear from you What You’ll Do Provide thoughtful and timely support by responding to emails from sales leads and existing clients Deliver priority phone support during tour season. This includes helping our clients with issues that may arise during their trips, guiding them through resolution steps, and actively monitoring the situation until it’s fully resolved Engage with comments and messages across social media platforms in a warm and professional tone that reflects our values Assist with administrative tasks such as updating client records and supporting internal operations Maintain accurate notes and client details in our CRM system Offer helpful insights to improve internal processes and enhance the overall client experience Stay familiar with our tours and destinations to confidently answer questions and provide helpful information What We’re Looking For Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and confident tone Organized and detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy A team player who enjoys helping others and can work independently Comfortable with technology, email platforms, and basic admin tools A quiet and professional home office setup Availability for full‑time hours, Monday through Friday (9 am–5 pm PST) Thank you for taking the time to read our Customer Support Specialist job posting.
