Base pay range

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a fast worker, proficient in English, and possess strong writing skills.

• Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment
• Manage order status updates and resolve any order-related issues
• Monitor inventory levels and restock items as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Provide excellent customer support through various channels (email, chat, phone)
• Accurately input and update data in our proprietary software and Excel spreadsheets
• Analyze sales data and identify trends to optimize operations
• Assist in creating product descriptions, marketing copy, and other online content
• Perform additional tasks as required to support the e-commerce team

• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Experience in USA E-Commerce
• Experience in creating/editing Newsletters
• Experience in MS Office, especially Excel
