Overview First Focus Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region, Philippines – IT Systems Developer (Part-time). This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining IT systems in a client with operations across Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific, US and UK markets. The position is part-time and based in Muntinlupa City, Philippines. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Work closely with various departments to produce reports and automation solutions Resolve integration issues between systems and applications Assist with moving data/tables from Access databases to SQL Server/Pronto ERP Review and update existing process documentation and workflows as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience as an IT Systems Developer or similar role Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server & SSRS; experience with Python or Java Preferred knowledge of MS Access database, Pronto Xi ERP, SAP Crystal Reports and IBM Cognos Analytics Experience with system integration and IT infrastructure Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be BIR-registered and able to provide BIR Form 2303 (Certificate of Registration) and willing to comply with PH government tax regulations Benefits Competitive compensation Hands-on experience and opportunity to develop new skills Work-life balance with a manageable schedule Supportive and collaborative team environment Exposure to real-world projects and technologies Additional Information This is a part-time role, requiring 16 hours per week Work schedule is fixed on Tuesdays and Thursdays, during the day shift (Sydney, Australia time zone) Ideal for candidates seeking flexible, reduced-hour opportunities while contributing to impactful projects Professional fee / Service Fee is subject to applicable taxes in accordance with Philippine government regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr
