We tailor each implementation to client needs, combining in‑depth analysis, thoughtful design, and disciplined development to elevate business outcomes. ******************* About the Role We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our growing team and help lead the successful delivery of POS (Point‑of‑Sale) system implementations for clients in the hospitality, restaurant, and retail sectors . This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, project coordination, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing POS system rollout projects. Work closely with clients, developers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure on‑time deployment. Conduct regular meetings with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. Support testing, training, and go‑live activities. Troubleshoot and elevate any issues or blockers that may arise during implementation. Prepare documentation such as project reports, status updates, and post‑deployment reviews. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 1‑2 years experience in project coordination or implementation, preferably in POS or software systems. Strong understanding of POS system workflows and configurations is a plus. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Basic knowledge of system integration, hardware setup, and SQL is an advantage. Willing to travel occasionally for client site deployments (if needed). Why Join Us?
