Business Analytics Consultant – Operational Resilience Program TALENTMATE Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines – Join to apply for the Business Analytics Consultant role within our operational resilience program. The role focuses on data analysis, dashboard development, and process improvement in financial services. Responsibilities Perform data analysis, clean‑up, and collection to support the production of pre‑established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or Key Risk Indicators (KRIs). Support program management teams in head office on data ingestion, clean‑up, mapping, and validation, creating and maintaining reports and dashboards. Build and maintain dashboard reporting of pre‑established KPIs and KRIs across different workstreams. Research and document business issues involving workflow procedures and processes. Analyze data and work with management to develop creative solutions. Coordinate recommended process changes and enhancements. Assist in the generation of monthly, quarterly, or ad‑hoc reports ensuring accuracy in metrics. Support data governance initiatives by ensuring compliance with data quality standards, privacy regulations, and internal policies. Develop and maintain documentation for data sources, data definitions, and reporting methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility. Participate in stakeholder meetings to present findings, gather feedback, and align analytics efforts with business goals. Required Qualifications 5–7 years of business experience in financial services or insurance, including progressive business analysis experience. Proficiency in Power BI and Power Platform for creating interactive dashboards, automating workflows, and developing custom applications. Skilled in dashboard design with a focus on UI/UX. Experience in big data analysis, including the use of Azure and Databricks to process and interpret large datasets. Knowledgeable in database schemas, data modeling, and EDL processes. Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong reporting skills with attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines with accuracy. Highly organized individual with strong time management and organizational skills. Self‑starter with the ability to work independently. Excellent collaborative and relationship building skills; showing tact and diplomacy in dealing with others. Ability to learn quickly and be comfortable with adjusting to ad‑hoc changes in workflow. High‑level written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly and accurately translate business requirements into non‑technical terms. Understanding of data governance and control concepts (e.g., data retention, access management). Preferred Qualifications Skilled in translating complex issues into actionable business solutions through data visualization, analytical insights, process optimization, and compelling presentations. Intermediate to advanced skills in Power BI, Power Query, Excel, SQL, Power Automate/VBA; basic knowledge in Jira, Power Apps, and Python. Strong technical skills on analytics and data transformation tools. Governance concepts: thorough understanding of data governance and control concepts (e.g., risk mitigation, access right control). High‑level written and verbal communication skills; translating business requirements into lay terms and communicating insights to team members and management.
