Seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Officer with experience in sourcing, vendor management, and purchasing processes. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Sourcing and evaluating suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. Preparing and processing purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies. Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory. Monitoring supplier performance and resolving any issues or discrepancies. Collaborating with internal departments to understand procurement needs and timelines. Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement regulations. Assisting in cost-saving initiatives and identifying opportunities for process improvement. About You The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. At least 1 year of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software/tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred: Familiarity with Xero and Third Party System (ApprovalMax, etc.). Experience in procurement within industries such as Environmental Services, Cleaning supplies & Equipment. Hands-on experience in implementing and executing procurement policies.
