What will YOU do?

  • Analyze data submitted by Field Planners through FPAF and Acquirers through COBALT to make sound recommendations on whether to proceed with site acquisition, which is critical in our retail expansion initiatives. This includes running data submitted by Field Planners and COBALT by the Acquirers in the DCF.
  • Build proper context of all endorsed sites to ensure accurate representation of the area, market, and site by following strict data analysis processes and conforming to pre-approved economic hurdle rates for projects.
  • Coordinate closely with Field Planners to acquire the necessary data for analysis, ensuring all submitted data is final or can be adjusted based on analysis results.
  • Create proposals with approved rates and terms to present to lot owners for negotiation.
  • Monitor databases to easily track analysis, assessments, and other data related to site leads.

What will YOU need?

  • At least 3 years of experience in financial data analysis and business accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Willingness to do fieldwork as necessary.
