A. JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the direction of all warehousing activities – ensuring the quality and quantity of products received, piling of products at the cold storage and holding room including dry warehouse, cold management and customer services. Oversee the overall operation of SAP System and SAP Analyst work. Plan directs warehousing distribution cold management and customer service and manages warehouse personnel and direct daily operations of SAP. B. SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, defining departmental strategies for appropriate inventory levels, eliminating off-spec material and reducing aging material. Control inventory level by conducting physical count reconciling with data storage system. Create, manage and achieve the overall warehouse department budgets. Complies with local warehousing, material handling and delivery requests and transfers of products to customer and other plant warehouses Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operational and personnel policies and procedures. Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new designs, lay-outs, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols Supervise the work of Warehouse specialist and associates Creates policies or procedures for warehouse activities Resolves problems concerning transportation, logistics system or customer issues. Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery. Ensure the loading activities meet the schedule. Implements sanitation and housekeeping procedures at the Warehouse Area. Supervision of Directs/Indirect reports in terms of compliance to the Company Policies and Procedures, GMP & SSOP. Perform other related task assigned from time to time. C. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS Supervision Received – Under the direct supervision of Plant Manager Supervision Exercised – SAP & Warehouse Supervisor & Staff Internal Relationship – Warehouse Staff & Crew External Relationship – Interacts with service providers. D. QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: College degree BSIE or equivalent Preferably computer literate/possess good analytical and computational skills. Good practical and technical skills. The ability to work quickly and under pressure. Strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to develop a participative team. PC proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Power Point) Proficiency with Labor Management Systems Experience in Inventory Control Management and basic analytical skills are important. #J-18808-Ljbffr
