Overview The E-Commerce Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing all day-to-day warehouse activities including inventory management, order fulfillment, storage, and dispatch. This role ensures that all operations align with company standards and KPIs while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all warehouse functions: receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns. Ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational targets. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the warehouse facility. Oversee maintenance and proper usage of Material Handling Equipment (MHE). Implement and enforce safety and security protocols for warehouse personnel. Guide and manage warehouse staff in their daily activities and schedules. Monitor manpower to ensure alignment with operational demands. Uphold compliance with warehousing policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensure accuracy and availability of documentation, reports, and inventory records. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects. 18 to 35 y/o Willing to work on-site in Plaridel, Bulacan, 6 days per week. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role, preferably within the e-commerce or FMCG industry. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory processes. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Proficient in relevant software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
