Leadership & Team Management > Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SuccessFactors administrators. > Allocate tasks, set performance goals, and ensure timely delivery of system enhancements and support. > Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. 2. SuccessFactors System Management > Ensure smooth execution of core HR processes such as re-organization, update employee records and SOX compliance and reporting. > Partner with IT & Quality team to drive process improvement. 3. Stakeholder Engagement > Act as the primary point of contact for HR leadership, business units, and technical teams regarding SuccessFactors. > Translate business needs into project and drive closure. > Work with ERT / IM/ Q&P to drive improvement. 4.
