About the Role

EDM & Social Media Designer

We are seeking a dynamic and creative EDM and Social Media Designer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling and brand-aligned content, as well as designing creative assets for email campaigns and social media projects. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, content strategy, social media design, and email marketing best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Create compelling, effective content for EDM campaigns and social media projects, including layouts, banners, and promotional assets etc.
  • Ensure brand consistency and optimize designs for various platforms and devices.
  • Collaborate with the team to align copy and visuals for maximum impact.
  • Identify and implement trends, tools, and best practices to optimize social media presence.
  • Run basic ad campaigns for social media projects, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Support A/B testing to improve design performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in arts, design, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • 3 years of design experience in digital marketing, preferably in EDM and social media.
  • Proven experience creating and managing integrated social media and EDM strategies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma/Canva.
  • Strong creative eye for typography, color, and layout.
  • An analytical mindset with basic knowledge of performance tracking.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple campaigns.
