Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full Stack Developer. The position is based in Makati, but flexibility for some work-from-home is provided. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying web applications. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and troubleshooting issues. Continuous improvement through coding best practices and peer code reviews is expected.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Front-End technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular
  • Experience with Back-End technologies including Node.js, Express, or Python and databases such as MongoDB or MySQL
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or Docker
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug and improve existing code
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines effectively
  • Experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure is a plus
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
