The Organizational Development (OD) Manager will be instrumental in enhancing the organization's leadership and capabilities to achieve business objectives. This role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating OD programs aligned with the company's strategic goals, vision, values, and culture. The OD Manager will manage initiatives such as Performance Management System, Change Management, Succession Planning, and Talent Management.

Develop and execute OD programs focused on culture building, performance management, change management, succession planning, and talent development.

Assess individual, team, and organizational needs using various methods to provide informed OD recommendations and solutions.

Monitor, update, and analyze HR/OD metrics for assigned projects, utilizing analytical tools and frameworks to deliver insights.

Collaborate and communicate proactively with internal and external partners to ensure effective implementation of HR/OD projects and initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related HR courses.

At least 5 years of full-time work experience in Human Resources, including at least 3 years in Performance Management, Organizational Development, and Project Management.

Preferably with OD or related functions in Business Partnering/Account Management.

Experience in project management, performance management, change management, succession management, talent management, and development.

Excellent project management, planning, and communication skills (both written and verbal).

Strong facilitation and presentation skills.

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Willing to travel to other sites and offices as needed.

Must be willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna .
