Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR – recruitment. Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Problem‑solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions. Strong interviewing and assessment skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking.
