Our FP&A team in Manila plays a strategic role in driving performance management, budgeting, and forecasting activities that enable effective decision-making across the global organization. Role Overview The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for providing financial insights, reports, and analysis that support strategic planning and operational decisions. This role involves preparing forecasts, analyzing variances, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimize business performance. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with financial models in a multinational or shared services environment. Key Responsibilities Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning activities for assigned business units. Prepare monthly management reports, including variance analysis and commentary on financial performance. Analyze trends in revenues, costs, margins, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Partner with business leaders to develop financial insights that guide strategic decisions. Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, and profitability analysis. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track actual results against targets. Prepare presentations and dashboards for senior management and global stakeholders. Support month‑end and quarter‑end close processes by ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data. Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to reconcile financial results and explain variances. Ensure compliance with US Financial Reporting Standards (US GAAP) and internal policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. 3–5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or management reporting, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment. Strong understanding of financial modeling, variance analysis, and budgeting principles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Anaplan, or SAP BPC is a plus. Familiarity with US GAAP and standard accounting principles. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Willing to work on a remote setup. Preferred Skills Experience supporting regional or global FP&A teams. Familiarity with automation tools and data visualization platforms. Knowledge of cost modeling, profitability analysis, or business case development.
