Job Summary The successful candidate will play a critical role in executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, conversions, and business growth using Emarsys & Klaviyo. This role requires an individual with strong strategic thinking, hands-on experience with Emarsys & Klaviyo, and an ability to collaborate across teams to meet marketing goals. Responsibilities Campaign Strategy and Execution — Develop, design, and implement effective email marketing campaigns through the Emarsys & Klaviyo platform to achieve the company’s marketing objectives. Segmentation and Personalization — Create and manage audience segmentation strategies to deliver targeted and personalized email communications. Performance Analysis — Monitor, analyze, and report on email marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to continuously improve results. A/B Testing — Conduct regular A/B testing on email components (subject lines, content, layout) to enhance performance metrics, including open rates and click-through rates. Automation — Build and optimize automated workflows for email marketing campaigns to improve customer lifecycle engagement, retention, and conversion rates. Compliance — Ensure email campaigns comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices. Cross-team Collaboration — Work closely with design, content, and data teams to align email marketing initiatives with overall marketing objectives and ensure high-quality output.
