About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Team Lead / Coach who will play a key role in driving sales performance through effective coaching and mentoring. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in coaching or leading sales teams in a call center/BPO setup, with strong knowledge of sales KPIs, objection handling, and closing techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with sales agents, focusing on closing techniques, objection handling, and script adherence.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Team Leaders to align coaching priorities with overall business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with client-approved scripts, legal disclosures, and quality standards.
  • Monitor, review, and analyze daily and weekly performance reports to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in coaching or leading a sales team (preferably in a call center/BPO environment).
  • Open to candidates with backgrounds as coaches, trainers, or team leaders.
  • Skilled in coaching bottom, mid, and top performers.
  • Experience in handling KPIs tied to sales quotas for different products.
  • Strong ability in objection handling and negotiation.
  • Knowledgeable in using Sales CRM systems, QA tools, and Excel dashboards.
