JRS Express is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Processing Team (CPT) Manager to lead our critical operations serving banking clients. This role is responsible for overseeing the secure, accurate, and timely handling of sensitive financial documents and shipments, including credit cards, Statements of Account (SOAs), PIN mailers, and letters. What You'll Be Doing: The Core Mandate The CPT Manager manages the full, end-to-end operational lifecycle for bank client shipments, from receipt and encoding through dispatch and final returns management. Your primary mandate is to ensure the team consistently meets high-quality standards and strict Service-Level Agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities Include: End-to-End Management: Oversee the receiving, encoding, sorting, dispatch, and final processing of Credit Cards, SOAs, PIN mailers, and related banking documents. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely processing of Return to Shipper (RTS) and submit completed, closed reports to banking clients, meeting the mandated weekly deadlines (Target 100%). Team Leadership & Performance: Supervise, support, and allocate tasks to the CPT personnel. Monitor team performance against KPIs, including achieving 95% on-time processing targets across NCR, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary operational point of contact for internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) and external bank clients for updates and issue resolution. Process Improvement: Proactively identify, recommend, and implement workflow enhancements to boost accuracy, processing efficiency, and reduce operational risk. Job Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations and logistics . Leadership: At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Availability: Must be willing to work Night/Day shifts.
