Remote Sales Representative – Philippines (Remote) We’re seeking motivated Remote Sales Representatives to support a variety of outbound sales initiatives for a diverse portfolio of well‑known clients. In this role, you’ll engage with existing and potential customers, promote products and services, and drive revenue through consultative selling and relationship building. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers Present and promote products and services effectively Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and training Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources Escalate complex issues when necessary Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements Qualifications Prior call center experience Work‑from‑home experience High speed internet connection with a quiet work environment High language proficiency in English Typing speed of 20+ WPM Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask and self‑manage Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (English + another language) Strong command of the English language Eligibility Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent Residence within 80 km of our office Authorized to work in the Philippines Background Check Willing to submit up to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint Willing to submit to drug screening Benefits Health insurance (HMO with dependent coverage) Dental coverage Meal allowance during training Career growth and learning opportunities Performance and loyalty bonuses Paid time off and employee events Equal Opportunity Employer MCI is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
