Salary range: The salary will be customized according to level of experience. Subject to evaluation. Responsibilities Perceptive and creative Administrative/HR Supervisor to oversee office operations and employees. Hire, train, and evaluate employees; develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures; ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently. Take ownership of all HR matters from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. Supervise the day-to-day operations of the department and staff members. Hires, trains, and evaluates employees, and takes corrective action when necessary. Develops, reviews, and improves administrative systems, policies, and procedures. Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment are working and properly maintained. Works with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and payroll and other expenses. Plans, schedules, and promotes office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions. Collects, organizes, and stores information using computers and filing systems. Oversees special projects and tracks progress toward company goals. Builds and expands skills by engaging in educational opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field. Knowledgeable about the DOLE policies and compliant with handbook procedures. Experienced in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred. Excellent leadership and time, task, and resource management skills. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills; business awareness and commercial focus; leadership and strong management skills. Technically competent; able to analyze, interpret, and explain the legal framework regulating employment. Influencing and negotiating skills; approachable with personal credibility and integrity. Should have managed a team/unit/division for at least 3 years. Other Seniority level: Mid-Senior level. Employment type: Full-time. Industries: Human Resources Services.
