Application Requirement: Assessment Task: you will be required to create sample of YouTube Thumbnail , Reel Cover, Brochure. HR will reach out to you for more details with regards to the task once you are shortlisted. Role Responsibilities: Translate scripts and complex topics into clear, visually appealing designs. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across marketing materials. Assistin the development of brand strategies, aligning with overall marketingobjectivesand positioning. Develop and pitch new brand concepts for campaigns. Manage design projects from concept to final execution, ensuring all assets are on-brand. Create marketing materials like brochures, event designs, and collateral. Lead and oversee creative teams in producing content for various media. Test, revise, and finalise designs based on feedback, ensuring high quality and brand alignment. Stay updated on design trends and apply a strong visual sense to all projects. Stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps speed) Own working set-up (Laptopon Windows 11, 2ndmonitor, headset, webcam,dedicatedGPU, at least 16GBRAM, and fast SSD scratch disk.) Generator and mobile data access (which is essential should you experience power interruptions). A home office set up, well-lit and quiet Must beresidingin Metro Manilato progress Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in Marketing Graphic Design and BPO work Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills (non-destructive retouching, masks/smart objects, blend modes; vector/pen tool, iconography, asset prep, grid/spacing) with a sharp eye for layout hierarchy and typography across ads, photo edits, thumbnails, and social visuals. Proficient in Canva Knowledgeable in the various social media sizes and formats, tools, features, and trends A good awareness of policies relating to data protection, copyright, reproduction rights and intellectual property rights.
