About The Team The Graphics Team is an integral part of our expansive global Marketing and Business Development Team, collaborating closely with team members around the world. Our Marketing team plays a pivotal role in advancing our rapidly expanding international practice. The Graphics Team also works in close partnership with our multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and subject matter experts to create illustrations that elevate our technical documentation, marketing materials and various other assets that are critical to supporting all front‑end activities of the business. The Role Our Graphics team has played a key role in establishing a strong and recognisable brand in our market and we are now looking for a project graphic designer to work with us in supporting our global engineering teams. This role will provide a great opportunity for you to apply your own creative style within clear brand guidelines, and to work as part of a small, close‑knit and talented graphics team, whilst being part of a wider engineering team. You will be working directly with your ‘internal clients’, supporting a variety of exciting projects. The role will be entirely project‑focused, being involved in all aspects of design from competition and bidding stage through to completion of a project. Responsibilities Attending engineering and client meetings to translate technical information and concepts into clear and compelling visual representations. Producing Powerpoint presentations using Cundall’s template. Working in both internal and external InDesign templates to format Word reports into high‑end documents for publication. Creating technical illustrations and infographics. Required Skills & Qualifications Inquiring and creative designer with strong attention to detail ensuring high‑quality, presentable design. Good attention to detail. Aptitude to work on own initiative, proactive with confidence to challenge a brief if required. Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills to balance and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, collaborating with various engineering teams. Hands‑on and proactive person. Excellent level of skill in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Produce high‑quality technical illustrations, diagrams, charts, and visual aids accurately representing complex technical information. Experience in preparing artwork for print and digital publications. Proficient in Word and PowerPoint. Portfolio: Provide a short portfolio or a link to portfolio showcasing your work and relevant examples of technical illustration.
