The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing Salesforce solutions, focusing on delivering high-quality service and marketing automation capabilities. Responsibilities Develop, configure, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications via APIs, middleware, or third-party tools Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Build and maintain workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows to support business processes Ensure best practices in coding, security, and system performance Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and system errors Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience) Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), SOQL, and SOSL Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.) Familiarity with Salesforce declarative features (flows, process builder, validation rules) Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing model, and governor limits Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team Salesforce Developer Certification(s) (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) preferred Willingness and ability to work between 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM PH Time to align with the US team Got some questions?
