About the RoleWe seek an experienced Salesforce Developer with Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing Salesforce solutions, focusing on delivering high-quality service and marketing automation capabilities.
Responsibilities- Develop, configure, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications via APIs, middleware, or third-party tools
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Build and maintain workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows to support business processes
- Ensure best practices in coding, security, and system performance
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and system errors
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), SOQL, and SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.)
- Familiarity with Salesforce declarative features (flows, process builder, validation rules)
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing model, and governor limits
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
- Salesforce Developer Certification(s) (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) preferred
- Willingness and ability to work between 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM PH Time to align with the US team
