Regulate the cause of the problem and shorten the process by providing the right technical support assessment. Provide reports subject for preventive maintenance, items under warranty and out of warranty. Coordinate to different Business Development, Project Manager regarding to their handle account for proper costing of Preventive Maintenance. Submit reports of status of Preventive Maintenance. Submit recommendation of accounts due to preventive maintenance. Communicate status and schedule to customers and Sales. Code repair and replacement requests and forward when other departments must fulfill.
