Interested Applicants should fill-up the form: Position Overview The Senior Architect provides technical expertise and leadership in the preparation of design and construction documentation. This role ensures outputs meet quality standards and adhere to Australian building codes. Senior Architects mentor and review the work of Junior Architects to uphold design excellence. Key Responsibilities Drafting & Documentation: Prepare detailed design and construction drawings for projects. Standards Compliance: Ensure all outputs adhere to Australian codes and internal quality guidelines. Team Support: Assist junior architects and project leads with design, documentation, and project-related tasks. Architectural Collaboration: Collaborate with architectural partners on design and documentation. Consultant Coordination: Review and incorporate consultants' documentation into the project. Coordinate with the project lead before incorporating changes. Quality Control: Perform quality checks on deliverables prepared by junior architects to ensure accuracy and compliance with Australian standards. Standards Adherence: Ensure all design outputs align with Australian codes and internal quality benchmarks. Mentorship: Guide, coach, and train junior architects to improve technical skills and support professional growth. Problem Solving: Address technical challenges and provide innovative solutions for project execution. Collaboration: Work closely with project leads to ensure project requirements are met efficiently.
