Responsibilities

  • Conduct and manage field/site surveys to gather project data and determine material, tool, and equipment requirements (BOQ/BOM).
  • Prepare, validate, and update detailed engineering plans, drawings, and as-built designs using AutoCAD 2D/3D or related software.
  • Lead the preparation of project cost estimates, resource allocation, and civil work schedules.
  • Implement engineering standards, design specifications, and ensure compliance with client and industry requirements.
  • Create and maintain project documentation such as BOQ, BOM, Request to Attach (RTA), permits, and other required reports.
  • Support implementation teams by providing technical guidance and validating compliance with approved designs and practices.
  • Upload and manage project documentation and plans using client platforms (e.g., OSPM, FIMS, or equivalent).
  • Monitor and oversee execution of telecom civil works (e.g., trenching, ducting, pole erection, handholes/manholes, tower foundations) ensuring quality and safety standards.
  • Prepare analytical and progress reports, including project status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations for management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and contractors to resolve technical/site issues and ensure timely delivery of civil works.
Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or any related/equivalent course.
  • With at least 3 years of relevant experience in the Telecom Industry, preferably in civil works, OSP/ISP projects, or infrastructure deployment.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D) for design, drafting, and as-built preparation.
  • Experience in telecom documentation platforms such as OSPMS, FIMS, or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Able to adapt to project acceptance processes such as QAT (Quality Acceptance Test) and UAT (User Acceptance Test).
  • Knowledgeable in GIS software tools such as Google Earth, Google Maps, MapInfo, etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret survey data and translate it into engineering designs.
  • Willing to travel and be deployed anywhere in the Philippines, depending on project requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and contractors.
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and quality assurance in telecom civil works is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and deliver outputs within project timelines.
