Mission

Leading the commissioning lifecycle of an underground metro line and its maintenance depot requires comprehensive oversight of testing, integration, scheduling, and team management to ensure systems meet safety and operational standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Planning and Coordination: The role involves developing a detailed Testing & Commissioning Master Plan, defining organizational structures, recruiting and training personnel, and coordinating subsystem commissioning across various technical disciplines and contractors. Effective interface management among civil, mechanical, electrical, signaling, and other systems is crucial.
  • Execution of Testing and Validation Phases: Responsibilities include supervising factory acceptance tests, managing site acceptance and system integration tests, leading temporary and trial operations, and ensuring depot system commissioning. This includes managing operational workflows, validating safety protocols, and coordinating operator readiness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 15 years in rail infrastructure projects with a focus on metro systems.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in Testing & Commissioning leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in FAT, SIT, SAT, Temporary Operation, Test Run Operation, and Trial Operation support.
  • Familiarity with commissioning of depot systems and operational transition processes.
  • Thorough understanding of project lifecycle, safety regulations, and system integration.
