Amazon Philippines is seeking a dedicated and analytical Investigation Specialist to join the Seller Experience Protection Operations (SEPO) Team in Manila. Candidates will be responsible for investigating and eliminating online e-commerce risk. Ideal applicants have experience in e-commerce payments, trust & safety, and a proven customer‑focused record. Key Job Responsibilities Authenticate customers and complex transactions with a high degree of accuracy. Engage proactively with team leads, department management, and third‑party vendors to accomplish goals. Plan and accomplish goals with excellent judgment and limited manager supervision. Evaluate productivity and quality assurance along with overall contribution to department development. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of investigation experience or High School graduate with at least 3 years of experience in investigation/relevant field. Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent written and spoken English skill and ability to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate written responses. Ability to work with flexible rotational shifts, including weekends, nights and/or holidays. Preferred Qualifications Experience handling an investigation or fraud program from previous work or equivalent. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly to internal and external customers. Demonstrated ability to work independently and make complex investigation decisions with little to no guidance. Exceptional problem‑solving, customer handling, conflict resolution and analytical skills. Strong organizational, prioritization and confidentiality skills.
