What is this role about?
This role will also ensure lessening of unexpected plant shutdowns and downtimes by leading and executing accurate preventive maintenance servicing schedule. The person will also focus on the maintenance and minor operation activities of the plant.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the WWTP, clean and dirty cooling towers, nitrogen generator and instrument air compressors operate as planned in a safe and efficient way
  • Lead and manage the preventive and corrective maintenance needed and to be performed at OSBL, Boiler, Degumming and Biodiesel area
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to superior and properly files all records
  • Coordinate with other PLTs, PFTs, Boiler Technicians, Material Movement, Inventory and Warehouse Personnel, forklift operator, truck scale operator, accountant, chemist, depot personnel and other departments on matters regarding WWTP, clean and dirty cooling towers, nitrogen generator and instrument air compressors operations
  • Initiate and monitors request of raw materials, chemicals, process aids, equipment spare parts and other materials needed or plant maintenance system implementation and operation of WWTP, clean and dirty cooling towers, nitrogen generator and instrument air compressors
  • Perform start-up, shutdown and emergency procedures of WWTP, clean and dirty cooling towers, nitrogen generator and instrument air compressors
  • Review and revise WWTP, clean and dirty cooling towers, nitrogen generator and instrument air compressors
  • Support and participates on the implementation of the pollution control and safety program of the plant
  • Lead the Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics technicians/maintenance personnel during the conduct of preventive and corrective maintenance activities at OSBL, Boiler, Degumming and Biodiesel Plant
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of relevant employment experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or any other related courses
  • Willing to do fieldwork as needed
  • Willing to extend working hours as needed
