Responsibilities:- Integrate sustainability practices into business operations and services.
- Develop a sustainability roadmap per team, aligned with the overall sustainability strategy.
- Integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria into the business strategy of assigned teams/departments.
- Develop and manage integration coverage, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and a governance punch list with prioritization.
- Handle all confidential information with care.
- Oversee the management of sustainability engagements and dealings with internal teams such as Facilities Management, Supply Chain and Procurement, and Trade Marketing.
- Assist the sustainability governance team in governance reporting, policy creation, stakeholder engagement, and partnership.
