Your Responsibilities Architect the Core – Design and implement scalable, high-performance services that power bookings, payments, and automation workflows. Automate Everything – Build intelligent microservices and serverless functions that eliminate repetitive manual work. Integrate Intelligently – Connect Base360.ai to key platforms like Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, and Hostaway. Mentor & Elevate – Share best practices, review code, and guide engineers toward technical excellence. Qualifications 5+ years of software engineering experience (backend or full-stack). Strong expertise in Node.js, Python (FastAPI), and AWS (serverless stack preferred). Proven experience designing API-first and event-driven architectures. Deep understanding of databases, distributed systems, and automation workflows. Curiosity about AI, real estate tech, and intelligent operations.
