The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities, including the review and approval of bank reconciliation entries, preparation of revenue analysis for finance calls during month-end closing, and analysis of Cross Border Settlement Transactions to support our Global operations.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting through monthly reviews of bank reconciliation files and reconciliation of settlement balances in our product platform and accounting system.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and approval of bank reconciliation entries in accounting system to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards. Conduct monthly reviews of bank reconciliation files, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. Preparation of revenue analysis (GMR Reconciliation) - Compile and analyze revenue data for presentation in finance calls during month-end closing, ensuring thorough GMR reconciliation. Settlement transactions analysis - Conduct analysis of settlement balances reconciling balances in product platform versus accounting system. Ad-Hoc reporting - Generate ad-hoc reports as required by the manager, providing insightful financial information to support decision-making. Assist in audit preparation - Collaborate in the preparation and review of audit requirements, ensuring compliance with auditing standards. Coordinate the audit process with relevant personnel, facilitating a smooth and efficient audit process. Monitoring of audit requirements - Monitor and stay abreast of audit requirements, proactively addressing any issues or concerns. Financial Statement Reconciliation - Reconcile audited financial statements versus trial balance, ensuring alignment and accuracy. Support month end processes Qualifications And SkillsQualified accountant degree required Able to work within deadlines Proven experience in financial analysis, bank reconciliation, and audit preparation. Proficiency in Oracle and other financial software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
