Senior Accountant (Night Shift | Hybrid setup) Infinit-O Pasay, National Capital Region, Philippines Job Description: The Senior Accountant will play a key role in the Finance team, supporting various accounting functions to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. You will assist with month‑end close, account reconciliations, accounts payable, and other financial processes. Responsibilities Support the month‑end close process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts and validating financial results. Assist with government filings to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage and track internal development costs to ensure proper accounting treatment. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Assist the Accounting Manager to support purchasing and accounts payable processes. Assist with financial analysis as needed to support expense tracking and reporting. Support audit and compliance activities by preparing necessary documentation and assisting with external audits. Support special projects and other tasks as needed. Requirements 2+ years of experience in an accounting role. CPA preferred, but non‑CPA candidates are welcome. Equivalent relevant experience in accounting is highly valued. Strong knowledge of accounting principles. Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite. Experience with Airbase purchasing would be considered an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and other financial tools. Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, growing environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
