Team Leader (Pioneer Account - Corporate Travel)

Overview

Team Leader for the Pioneer Corporate Travel account onsite at Bridgetowne, responsible for leading a team of travel professionals and ensuring KPI/SLA delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Experience in Corporate Travel Account is required.
  • Must have expertise in using CRYPTIC/NATIVE GDS.
  • Amenable to work 100% onsite at Bridgetowne site.
  • Experience in team management; act as ticketing SME to assist the team or intervene as needed.
  • Handle a team of L2 – Complex itinerary trained resources.
  • Responsible to achieve the KPI/SLA of the process for the team.
  • Ability to deliver through people.
  • Experience and ability to supervise team and conduct administrative functions.
  • Managing a team in the past for minimum 2 to 3 years in Corporate Travel and one additional GDS experience.
  • Able to speak and write fluent English.
  • Confident to lead conference calls.
  • Able to produce dashboards and reports in Excel and in presentation formats.
  • Good analytical and conflict management skills.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Corporate Travel Account is required.
  • Expertise in using CRYPTIC/NATIVE GDS.
  • Onsite availability at Bridgetowne site (100% onsite).
  • Experience in team management; ability to supervise and intervene as needed.
  • Past experience managing a team of L2 – Complex itinerary trained resources.
  • Able to communicate in fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Strong leadership and conference call facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel; ability to create dashboards and present data.
