DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Compliance to the Warehouse Standard Processes and Controls • Achieves high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, order processing, checking, dispatching, transfers, and inventory management • Controls inventory level by leading the physical count and reconciling variances. Provides reconciliation report to OM, GM, Finance, and Warehouse Coordinator & Manager • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by complying with the security procedures and protocols • Manages BO returns to the supplier as per agreement and schedule Warehouse Performance Management • Maintains items record, documents necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status • Submits reports accurately and timely • Meets warehouse standards as set by the company Management of Warehouse Facilities • Maintains physical condition of the warehouse and initiates request for repair or replacement when needed • Adheres to the housekeeping standards set by the company Others • May do other related tasks and reports as assigned to him/her QUALIFICATIONS: > graduate of any 4-year course > experience in warehousing is an advantage, but not required > with excellent leadership skills > computer literate (MS Word, Excel) > excellent communication skills (verbal & written) > open to fresh graduates
