Remote Role The Well & Co Pty Ltd. is seeking an entry level candidate with great potential, as Junior - Operations & Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Manila City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our healthcare operations, providing vital administrative and customer support services. What you'll be doing Coordinate and oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and file management Provide exceptional customer service to our patients, clients, and partners, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests Assist with the implementation and maintenance of operational processes and procedures to drive efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services Participate in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the overall objectives of the organisation What we're looking for Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure A passion for healthcare and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field Fluent in English and Filipino (both written and verbal) required What we offer At The Well & Co Pty Ltd., we are dedicated to providing a supportive and enriching work environment.
