The Data Entry Specialist will focus on ensuring the accurate and efficient entry of student registration and enrollment data. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of student information while adhering to privacy standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling high volumes of data, especially during peak enrollment periods.

• Accurately enter student registration and enrollment data into the system, ensuring consistency and adherence to program guidelines.
• Verify the accuracy of student information submitted for registration, including demographic data, enrollment documents, and supporting materials.
• Process high volumes of student applications during peak periods, maintaining efficiency while ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve any discrepancies or missing information.
• Ensure that all student data is entered in compliance with privacy standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain clear, organized records of student enrollment data for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity and identify potential errors or inconsistencies.
• Use tools such as Slack, Zendesk, GSuite, and Schoolmint to facilitate data entry and communication within the team.

• Proven experience in data entry, particularly in an educational or administrative setting.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in data management.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle a high volume of data in a timely manner.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams.
• Proficiency in using tools like GSuite, Zendesk, Slack, and Schoolmint (or similar platforms).
• Ability to handle sensitive personal data with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams.
• Willing to work in a graveyard shift.

• Experience in student registration or enrollment processes.
• Familiarity with student management systems (e.g., Schoolmint) or similar tools.
• Previous experience working remotely or with virtual teams.
